Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange are accepted within 2 days from the date the order is delivered.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition.

  • The item must be sent back in its original packaging, with no damage to the product or the packaging.

  • Products showing signs of use, wear, damage, or altered packaging will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products returned after the 2-day return window

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper handling

  • Products returned without original packaging or with damaged packaging

Return Process

Exchange

  • Exchange will be initiated within 1–2 business days after the returned product is received and approved.
